Very friendly people. They do not offer online bill pay unless you are using a First South account for payment. Just a tad inconvenient considering it is 2015.
Its errors. My legal expense. Months before any of my funds were recovered.
Customer service is horrible and the tellers were too lazy to sit down with me to answer questions about opening an account.
First Worst - NOT "like banking with friends"
Don't trust your money to be managed at First South. Its poorly trained employees wrongly transferred 100% of my checking and savings and violated banking regulations by not verifying the source of my funds. It was a nightmare experience to receive an email notification that all of my money was gone.
First South's response: errors happen.
