Important business to conclude on a finite timeline. I spent 15 minutes (!) on hold and waiting for a human to speak with, trying to verify that the Notary was present before making the drive...only to find out that they would soon be arbitrarily closing an hour early for the day due to construction. Who needs this hassle? Not me.
Worst banking experience ever. Can't get support on line or on the phone. They won't call back or answer phone or e-mail. I'm closing my accounts and lock box and moving everything to First South Credit Union. Only reason I gave one star is that is the lowest I could give!
