Long wait times, lack customer service, do not seem to want to assist customers. 20+ year customer with a variety of services. Go to another branch - this one is horrible!
They make it very easy for you to go and do business somewhere else
Never in my life have I seen a bank with the line out of the door and only one teller helping people. 2 other people are their window and have been for several minutes and will not help anyone. It’s almost like they are pretending to be busy solely so they won’t have to help.
Customer service is awful; very unprofessional work ethics. I wouldn’t recommend this financial institution.
