Perhaps one of the best massages I've ever had. Shanika is methodical, intuitive, and truly has a gift. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied with my session.
Great staff, great massage! They made me feel welcome and the masseuse got so much tension and so many knots out of my back that no one else been able to do. Highly recommend!

I had a great massage but was disappointed when the receptionist ask me in front of staff and other customers whether I tipped the therapist or not. Not only that some of the staff thought it was funny. Just to let you know I did give a generous tip.I was told later that it is the policy of Massage Envy to ask customers if they tipped or not. Its interesting to note that I saw a note on the counter that gave a suggested tip amount. I had no problem with that, but to be ask if you did or not in my opinion is totally unprofessional.
