Not bad... the pedicure never last long and the gut always rushess!!! Reasonable prices though
I have frequented them on and off for years. My only have two gripes about the service is that they aren't consistent in the quality of their work and two different people have to perform your mani & pedi. The last time I was there one of the workers had their screaming kid there and he was about seven years old. He was running, whining, screaming, walking and jumping on the couch! That particular day was the first visit for a friend that I had referred. Needless to say my friend never wants to go back and I don't think I will either.
Lets see arrived at 845. Got serviced around 920. They split my party and I up but made my friend move so another party could sit together. This was my first Pedicure and I was pleased. All the oil scrubs and lotions the Lady used on me I figured I would have baby soft feet but mine are dried out my legs are soft though. I will come back but Not any Time soon. My friend had to wait longer because the girl who did her feet said she Didnt know how to Do a full set I think everyone working should be able to perform any service.
Ok, lets see where should I began....been coming here for the last 8 months, figured they do a pretty ok job...the women are pretty nice...1st unsatisfied encounter... I got the dip powder nails...the man that does all the major jobs said they would last 3 weeks....WRONG, my nails actually probably lasted 2 weeks...they chipped and broke off so i was VERY disappointed however I still gave another shot.....2nd unsatisfied encounter, once I soaked the powder nails off I went back to my shelliac/gel nails...which again are suppose to last 2 weeks...got my nails done on a Friday evening my nails started chipping and splitting by Tuesday evening due to the weaknest of my own natural nails from the acrylic and powder....so I went back to the shop on Thursday evening to have my nails repaired or redone....the male there started yelling asking me what did I do to my nails and I always have a problem with my nails..."Ughh sir, I've NEVER CAME BACK to your shop within 3-4 days of getting my nails done and what do you mean what do I do to my nails...do you believe I'm sitting at home nibbling on my nails for fun only to come back to your shop and waste my precious time to get them redone....but one thing for sure I pay my darn money and I pay to recieve a service from YOU...therefore I will COMPLAIN each and everytime I feel like my nails aren't right"....not understanding WHY there is a PROBLEM when you make a complaint to them abt THEIR services that you paying your dam money for...and WHY do they feel they can SPEAK to you ANY WAY THEY WANT TO...UGHHH no sorry NOT GONNA HAPPEN and I'm paying YOU...I can take my CONSISTENT MONIES somewhere else THANK YOU....there is a nail shop on every corner.....LEARN SOME MANNERS & HOW TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY WITHOUT BEING RUDE....
I have been getting my nails done at this place for forever and have referred tons of ppl too. Online it states they open at 9 am on Saturday so we show up and the lady points to the sign which states they open at 930. Ok, that's fine, I go and grab a little breakfast and return about 915. Their doors are wide open and they are packed. I will NEVER go back!!!
