From out of the area to visit an ill family member and we looked online for a service and found a 5 pm mass. Showed up what we thought was 10 mins early which was actually 20 mins late. It was packed and the ushers offered up there seats for us to sit. For the rest of mass we got dirty looks and stares, even comments from the crowd in back. Can not think of a time I have felt that unwelcome at a church.
A heartfelt service.
We felt so very welcome here. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind, it is a Christian memory I will never forget.
