I have attached a photo that shows Texas just cancelled their contract with ACS because of this very practice. The company was pulling private and personal medicaid information and health care information on individuals and allowing everyone in the world to see it.
Very predatory court system in Tennessee. They allow private companies to pull from their databases and put salacious information about individuals on personal websites to try and extort a private from the public. They have contracted with a private company called ACS which is a Xerox company and this company has put all of my judgements and everything online. Judgements from years ago displaying in Google. I guess this is the new way Collection companies hustle. Public shaming.
