Love it here!!! My son is just learning at 2 about dental visits and they are so patient with us both! My daughter has been going there for 6 years and they are so good with her too!!! Definitely recommend
We've had 1 cleaning & 1 Procedure done here. Both times I was glad I met Dr. Freeman. He is gentle and kind to both the parent and the child. The hygienist was also very sweet and gentle. They have a very fun office environment for children. We have more work to do in the future, so I will update this review as that moves forward. Two brief notes:
We took our 3 year old son for his first dentist appointment. The office was very clean, neat and decorated well. The waiting room had a fish tank and plenty of things to entertain young children.
Our dental hygienist was very kind and great at her job. She was very creative about finding ways to get my 3 year old to cooperate. They also offered him plenty of stickers and toys to keep him cooperating with the cleaning. It was a great first experience.
We will definitely be back! Highly recommend--especially for young kids!
Our son has been a patient at Freeman Pediatric Dentistry since the age of 4 and is now 17. Dr. Freeman and his staff are 5 star and I will continue to recommend this dentist office to anyone with kids! The services are professional, courteous, and child friendly from the moment you walk through the door until you leave. The best thing...in 13 years we have always been seen either on time or before our scheduled appointment. Dr. Freeman and staff value their patients during each visit and the Patient Appreciation Events are the best!
B) During our procedure (our child's first major procedure) he became uncomfortable and we had to postpone some of the work. I had further questions about the process for Dr. Freeman and he called me back and we had a great conversation. In fact, my child really likes him despite the newness of procedures and his nervousness. I feel very good about our plan going forward and that if we continue the relationship this way our child will continue to be more and more comfortable with him.

There was another great waiting room with video games for older kids.
The cleaning chairs are out in the open area so parents can easily watch their children, which seemed like an awesome set up to me.
Dr. Freeman is by far one of the sweetest doctors I have ever met and it's very evident how much he cares for his patients! He is very professional and likeable! The staff is superb and they also show the same level of caring that Dr. Freeman does! His office is always neat, clean and very well organized. It is "beach" themed and it makes me wish Dr. Freeman provided dentistry to adults! The whole experience there is fabulous!

A) There is some inconsistency with the front desk staff with Dr. Freeman's standards. Here's why: I was making payment for a procedure and asked if some of it is not done if it could be refunded, to which she replied it could, but that wouldn't happen because Dr. Freeman doesn't work that way. This is not only discomforting but flat wrong. I spoke directly with Dr. Freeman and he was very willing to work with us and our child's needs as he wanted the child to be comfortable. One idea/suggestion is that they meet regularly with your front desk staff so that everyone is on board with proper customer service standard so nothing is unintentionally communicated.
