***Read EVERY review here before you sign anything with them*** These people are a joke at best. I had the car for over a year, I simply couldn't afford the $450/month payments anymore and told them that I needed to relinquish the vehicle. I was cussed at by some customer service lady and then told I was going to receive a 1099C form and would have to pay taxes on the full amount of the vehicle ($27,000) as if it were an income since the 1099C is loan forgivess. Even though I was returning the car in the same condition I bought it in and called them to relinquish it before I missed a payment. Plus it's going to show as a reposession on my credit even though I was initially told that since it was a lease I could return it at any point without reprocussions. Now I'm going to have to pay taxes on $27,000 that the IRS looks at as an income with that 1099C AND not even have the car. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT get a loan through these people.
Uncaring UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. My wife was ill for months she fell really sick and was admitted to a hospital ICU then she was diagnosed with a very rare disease that there's no cure for.... I was by her side of course as went went from doctor to docto; and By me missing work due to her illness our funds was depleted... I called to see if I could make my payment late agreeing to pay any and all late fees. The woman that I spoke with stated NO! Just flat out NO. I explained my situation.... No sympathy whatsoever!! I also just found out that I am leasing the car. WOW. Such deception! I'm using this to bring awareness to ALL who may want to do business with them... DON'T!!! Run DON'T LOOK BACK!!!
The Customer Service Representatives are rude & disrespectful! I've never dealt with a company that yells at the customers. Seriously, who Argues with customers! No compassion for anyone! Don't lease from these people.
This is the worst company ever. They give you a reasonable down payment. The car is a lease you will never own it. They also never confirmed or stated that the first two years you will only be paying interest nothing towards the car. They will have you locked down for 3 years and if you want to trade the car no one will touch you. Due to all of the negative equity you will have in the car. PLEASE DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
When you read the reviews BELIEVE THEM. I spoke to a manager named Bridget and she said they’re not customer service representatives they are ACCOUNT HOLDERS. If this was not the most ignorant thing I ever heard. Also, these people stated they will turn the car off as to use this as leverage and threat and used the NO GRACE period policy to back their emotional blackmail.
