ordered a bouquet to be sent to my mom on valentines day. Wrote in the delivery instructions that her office closed at 5, I was under the impression that deliveries would be done by then so I was not worried. By 4 the online tracker had not updated to reflect anything past that they had received my order and would notify me when It was being made. I called them and was put on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up and called again and nobody picked up. Finally around 4:40 someone picked up and told me that it would still be delivered today. They were really rude and barely gave me a chance to talk and hung up right after saying it would be delivered and that the were running behind. By 5 there was still no delivery and her office closed. They called her at 6:30 trying to deliver it and she told them that she was out to eat for valentines day and her office was closed at 5 as stated in the instruction, which they clearly didn't read because the driver had no knowledge of said instructions. I understand Valentines day is busy, but get it together! It is now the day after and I have not received any communication from them about trying to deliver it again.

*** Edit: Day after Valentines day I called and the rescheduled the delivery to today and upgraded my order to include a box of chocolates! this time they were very helpful and apologetic about it not getting there on time.
This location is terrible higher power should really consider a brand new staff 1 with better customer service! I give this location 20 dumbs down.
