First impression was great, but after that communication and work was subpar.
Great company great workers
Easley Contractors were referred to us by our insurance company after our home suffered massive flood damage due to a defective fill valve on our upstairs toilet. We suffered damage to the kitchen ceilings, walls and cabinets, living room and dining room wood floors and bedroom carpet. Terry Easley, the owner, was our primary point of contact and he was very pleasant to work with as he explained everything about the repair in detail. He emphasized that he could be reached anytime and no matter when I called his cell phone or how often, he would answer or call me back immediately and thoroughly address any concerns I had. Easley employs full time painters and carpenters and he subcontracts out for all other repair jobs such as plumbers, electricians, wood floors and cabinets. He only works with the best contractors and everyone that set foot into our home was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Just about everyday for 2 months, we had contractors in and out of the house and Terry could not have orchestrated it more perfectly. There was never any idle time where things weren't being done. Our home looks like new again and I highly recommend Easley Contractors.

We had two of our main rooms incur major water damage in March. Initially, I was impressed. Very responsive--arrived within two hours of my first call and got some of the contract workers out the first day. Was quoted a 3-4 week project. Tons of work was done in the first 2 weeks--very pleased with the work done...and then it took 4 weeks in order to complete tasks that should have taken days (painting a walls and moldings, etc). Some of which would not have been completed had I not required a walk through by the contractor to see all of the details that had been skimmed (like doors not being reattached, etc)--contractor called telling me they were done and a cleaning crew would be sent out and I had to say, "no way."
