We went for our Anniversary, it was very calming, clean & we definitely will be going back soon. The Heated Massage tables were everything!!! Our therapists did ok, but the Mimosas & Candlelit dinner was very nice. They also gave us robes & slippers to wear.
It’s hours later and I’m still smiling from my day here. I got my nails done by Shernic, a facial by Leigh Ann, and a massage by Andrea. All three ladies were so lovely and kind. They performed their services beautifully, efficiently, thoroughly, and even gave me information about what they used and were doing. I highly recommend any of them! All of the women I encountered there were helpful and kind too! Lunch was delicious. You can buy items used in your facial, I recommend the lip balm specifically. Great services, great people, great day!
I was a little upset I had to leave lol I could take my time with lunch, my whirlpool bath and I could have just stayed there til they closed. The staff didnt rush me with my services & the massage was great. The staff was very pleasant as well as polite. I would love to go back! It was a great escape!!
Fiancé and I came to Memphis to get away from Birmingham and have a private relaxation experience, so we had the Couple's Escape....it was the BOMB! When we walked in, we were welcomed and told to change into robes and slippers, given tasty champagne drinks, and escorted upstairs to our massage room. The massages were amazing, and the staff took their time. After our massages we enjoyed a candle lit dinner and more drinks for a whole hour! Thank you Serenity! We will definitely be back!
The staff was amazing! Atmosphere kinda dated. It could definitely go for a more modern upgrade. DO NOT GET THE EYE PERK! Made my eyes look more tired and wrinkly on the lid and under my eye. Just get Massage. DONT DO ANYTHING on your FACE HERE !!!
