I have been going into the Seabrook store on Medenhall for about 20 years. They are very knowledgeable about everything they sell, and very very courteous. They will go the extra mile to help.
Horrid company. I've work with them for years they are basically a middle man who sells everyone else's wallpaper. I have never physically met these people on the other end of the phone but I can tell you they are rude as can be. They take no fault in any mistakes they make, they constantly argue with you and I've been hung up on by them so often I stopped calling.Their credit department is the worst, and their customer service is useless. You will never be given the same answer. I've provided them with proof of credits and have been told my paperwork has no relevance. These are some of the most disgusting people I've ever had to work with. Why this company is still in business is beyond me. There are so many other great wallpaper companies out there who sell much nicer looking wallpaper and have a staff that is always willing to work with you.
NollyFace - Sorry to hear about you bad experience and your side of the story. I'm sure if you contacted your local account manager everything could have been worked out. I say the second time is a charm! Try us again!! Also 85% of all the Wallcovering companies out there are distributors. We all sell the various manufactures products.
