Heath Johnson is an agent that I transferred to about a month ago. He did not hesitate to introduce himself as my agent. I am very pleased to be welcomed to his branch. I have been interacting with Kim Brown since November 2016 from another location & agent. She is one of the best account representatives. Normally, you would want to follow the agent. In this case I searched high & low for her and she is just an account representative. Only because I wanted her held my account. She was so professional and patient with me. Heath has been an absolute joy to work with. Considering I am new to living on my own and the business world, I had absolutely no experience with any type of insurance. He is extremely knowledgeable and made everything very easy to understand. I'd feel comfortable referring any clients. friends, business partners, and family to him.
