I would never recommend this Agent/ office to any one they NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY and they TELL employees to go and hid in the back bc Kevin the agent does not want to loose a WHITE customer that was coming to pay a bill. i got a renters policy from this agency and PAID IN FULL call dec 30th 2014 to cancel it and get refunded till today I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED this agent has no clue what he is doing and how to run a business NEVER EVER GO HERE FOR ANY THING INURANCE OR FINACIAL NEEDS THEY ARE ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY AND NOT ABOUT YOU!!! ONCE THEY GET IT YOUR NEVER GETTING IT BACK!
