i have had a very bad experience with Preferred title & escrow as they were a part of a scam and stole my money. they claimed their system was hacked and this is how someone sent me emails from their email account. they didnt use secured system in order to give me their bank details and as this scam happened they didnt take any responsibility on what happened.
This company is great. Pam will walk you through every document and explain everything you need to know. I was very please.
