Use to love this insurance company when Ed Smith was there, now that he's gone I will be taking my business elsewhere. They are trying their best to raise my premium. The lady or ladies there call you and act like they are bill collectors (though I've never been late or missed a payment) trying to force you to add household members to your policy that don't even drive YOUR vehicle. Then gets mad and tries to cancel your policy if you don't do it.
