Found this family owned business to be anything less than friendly! Meeting took a long time, was never even offered a chair and instead had to stand at the guys desk like a naughty school kid.... Happy to 'skip over details' unless pushed for an explanation - surely this is not how it is supposed to be. Expensive work, unpleasant customer service - surely closing on a house is supposed to be a momentous and exciting moment - this felt anything but. Wish we had gone elsewhere - and certainly will next time.
