Staff is largely unhelpful, and can become hostile, particularly Lisa. Messages and paperwork are conveniently lost, and numbers are miswritten when you have a problem. Ulysses Cosby might not even exist at this office except on paper. No one ever seems to know where the agent is or when he will be there. And on the rare occasion he does show up, the staff is told to pretend he's not there. I was told very rudely before that he wasn't there when I called, so I told them to transfer my policy. Guess who magically appeared on the other line. And then the agent spoke to me like a child, kept me on the phone for a long time supposely filing paperwork to fix something they did on their end, then said he'd call me back in a couple days. I never heard back from him and when a billing rep was contacted, you guessed it: he never filed the paperwork. If you have to deal with anyone there, make sure it's Delores, she's the only one who seems to know what's going on. But seriously think about saving yourself some time and headaches and go with a different agent. I had my policy switched to Ron Willis and his office fixed everything politely and professionally in a few minutes, whereas it took months of pulling teeth to get anyone to even talk to me at Cosby's office. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
