Brought an extremely expensive Brooks Brothers sweater here, had only worn it 2 or 3 times, it was the best. After "dry cleaning" the sweater came back tiny... Seriously this sweater is now skin tight. Brought it back to the cleaners, the lady just kept repeating "dry cleaning doesn't shrink clothes, dry cleaning doesn't shrink clothes, etc...." it's the only thing she said. They took the sweater back, called me two days later, never told me what they did, and to no surprise to myself the sweater is just as shrunk as before. These people don't really care about what they're doing, they think that they are not responsible for what happens to the clothes once they are sent off for laundering/dry cleaning, but that is not how this works. The store front is the interface with the public and should represent and take responsibility for all actions of the business. Will never return to this cleaners.
Went in this business for the first time and the lady looked down her nose at me I knew then to leave but thought I would try them out. I brought in 2 pillow shams and a pair of expensive ladies slacks and all of my things were ruined. I wore the slacks 1 time and flaggedad my slacks with a tag saying Defective condition,really lady they were worn 1 time. I went to wear my slacks to Church this morning and I wanted to cry, you ladies we all know it's hard to find white slacks that fit comfortable and look nice and now they are ruined. I was going to just let it ride on my pillow shams but now with my pants they need to pay for. I was reading there reviews and I think you all should stand your ground and make them pay for your items because that's what I'm going to do if I have to hire an attorney. They obviously don't need to be in business and they haven't heard the last of me yet. I pretty much paid them to ruin my things and it was 20.00 bucks for 3 items. Sorry work, Sorry prices. Whatever you do don't bring your clothes to this hole.
WORST 'CLEANERS' EVER. Terrible customer service. Overall competency level far, far below average. Scorched 2 pairs of designer pants. Zero apologies. WORST 'CLEANERS' EVER!!!
Pretty Terrible Service: Went in to drop off some shirts and slacks at 5:40. Was told by an employee to bring my drop offs before 5:30 because she didn't want to stay after 6 because she does not get paid after 6. They close at 6. They should accept business until 6. If they want to stop taking drop offs earlier, fine. Put a sign up that indicates that. Will probably not be going back.
