They made me feel welcome from the moment I came I the office. From the receptionist Amanda to meeting with Ms. Connie on Tuesday and finishing up with Jordan on yesterday. They help me relieve a lot pressure off of me. And I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.
I inquired about having a garnishment stopped via online link. I was promptly contacted by Connie. Who was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff.
To begin my review I want to start off by saying Darell Castels law firm is a FANTASTIC law firm, so my negative experience doesn't reflect their firm in a whole. It's a negative experince I keep having from one associate in particular on several occasions. That associate is Natika Porter, and to be honest I still trying to understand why she was ever hired. From the front office receptionist to every other associate are all kind, genuine, and helpful. But Natika is absolutely RUDE, CONDESCENDING, LAZY person I have ever met. Natika will be the person you will have to deal with after your bankruptcy has been filed, which sucks because you have to keep dealing with a rude, unproffesional person over and over again. When she gets on the phone she is so cold, unsympathetic and rushes you off the phone like your interrupting her day. O and dont dare ask her a question about YOUR case because she will talk to you like your dumber than a box of rocks and respond in the most sarcastic way before hanging the phone up on you, and she never returns your call or calls you back. I have always been raised to treat people how you want to be treated and carried it into my adult life especially since I work in customer service. So the fact that I have to even write this review is really bothering me but I feel like it's the only thing that will let the law firm know how unproffesional she is to your clients. The second time I dealt with rude Natika I decided to report her to the law firm directly instead of running to the internet posting a bad review but that seem to not work, so that's why Im doing it now. When I first filed my bankruptcy I had such a great experience during such a hard time in my life, that I even gave them a good review when I was done. But after dealing with Natika I wish I would've picked another firm. Thats how serious this has gotten. I don't know if she feels like since we have bankruptcies and are in need of help that we are beneath her and just don't matter to her, but thats how I feel when I speak to her. Natika I honestly feel like you are in the wrong field if you can't find a spec of compassion in your heart to treat the people that keep you employed with a ounce of respect. Yes the clients are why you even have a job. So Darrel Castle please make a change because we have enough on our plates during this difficult time and the last thing we would want is to have to deal with a rude associate. The only reason I have kept my cool with dealing with her is for one I wasn't raised to be disrespectful to people, and two Connie is a absolute angel. Connie is what put my faith back into this firm after the first time I reported Natika.
