There was a long black hair in my sandwich.
Some woman yelled at me before i could irder and pay do i said no way snd walked off they had my order in tegister she starts yelling i say no way
Horrible customer service. Carlos needs anger management. Prepared sandwich wrong and refused to correct. Demanded to see my receipt (I had just received my order). Threw the sandwich in the trash and gave our money back. Carlos then proceeded to argue for 10 minutes about why he would no longer serve us because "we were messing with his food and making them loose money". I've been a long customer and will never return.
Have not been here in afew years. Everything has changed it is awful no fresh cut fries sandwich so so what a shame.
