The young lady at the ticket office was real nice and helpful. The guys at the snack stand were also nice. We enjoyed the movie. That was my second time being there. Will come again.

I really like Malco, but I can't help but feel our theaters are so out of date compared to other cities. Paradise has a cool look to it, but their screen quality and seating leave a lot to be desired. It's probably still the best theater in Memphis, but that isn't saying much.
Employee's were rude... I said "Hey, how are you?" and got no response... So, I then said "I am so excited about Christmas. What about you?"... I know that the employee's are not there to make friends but, to do a job... But, a smile and short but polite responses go a LONG way in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IJS!!!
Edit : just at the new Imax. It looks really nice! The seats are great. They did a good job. Will be back! Great job.
This Malco location has gone down hill. The staff seems to not clean the theaters regularly. The floors are always sticky, trash can always be found on the ground, and gum or perhaps candy can be found mushed into some of the seats. If we get there early enough we can manage to find some clean seats but it takes some work.
