Memphis Union Mission is a clean and very safe place for homeless men in need of help. They provide warm, nutrious meals, hot showers and clean clothes. The Pastors and president Scott Bjork are all godly men who have a heartbeat for the homeless.
While the Memphis Union Mission is not the Holiday Inn, it is a very clean, safe place for men to go if you're homeless, or just down on your luck. They serve 3 meals a day, and the food is good. They have pastors and guest speakers preach and teach everyday, so they not only feed you physically, but spiritually as well. If you are trying to completely turn your life around, they have a Christian based rehabilitation program that is top rated. In my humble opinion, Memphis is lucky to have a Mission like this, and it serves a critical need.
the memphis union mission was grrreat. it gave me a foundation in Jesus Christ that has not only saved my life,but has spread throughout my family. I now am a productive member of society and a testament to the saving grace of God through faith in Christ. i can never say enough to show my gratitude for the pastor's and staff. God Bless!!!!!!
They serve the homeless in downtown Memphis. Food and safe place to sleep. You need to go volunteer here and have your life changed.
