Rude office workers! They do not have the time of day for appropriate interaction. I truly hope the owner does not lead by this example! I know several company owners in this area who would make their staff apologize for such behavior.
I had a wonderful customer service experience with Cobb. My shower has been leaking for quite some time. I have never been given a clear fix as to why it is leaking. I had Cobb come out and I must have gotten a cranky plumber because he was in a rush to get out and move on. The solution he provided did not correct the situation. I contacted the owner and explained the situation. He had someone out there the next day and the fixed the problem, only charging me for the part they used. I am very pleased with this company and their excellent customer service!
I did 250k plus remodel. I was happy with ALL of the people who worked on my house other than Cobb. The workmanship was sub par. They unapologetically overcharged for some minor change orders. During the remodel they lied about work performed so we literally cut through the outside of my house to prove to them the problem. Over the past few years we have had numerous minor and major problems. After the first major plumbing failure we called them for help. I quickly learned that it is just better to pay another plumber to correct the work then to deal with the arrogance of management. My front yard has been dug up twice in 3 years. We recently failed an inspection for a new irrigation system based on the workmanship where cobb connected to my meter. They connected the 2" pvc with a 1 3/4" valve all burried 2 feet under the ground. (yes a smaller valve completely buried three feet from my meter ) The inspector could not believe what a "jack leg" job was done. Neither could the new plumber. Just a warning about my multiple experiences with Cobb.
