If you decide to purchase a home from Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury, please be aware that they will not remove the key box from your door in a timely fashion. Each time I open and close my door I have to hear the large keybox slam into my door! Once the sale is done then you are not a priority anymore. My sellers agent was Jason Gaia and he wouldn't even answer the phone!
