Phase1 is located in the Hickory Ridge Mall. I ordered a veggie salad it was well prepared. The cost is worth it, due to the portion size you receive. Staff was prompt and courteous. Area was clean neat.

The salad was a Veggie salad but they also serve Chicken and Salmon, which I was told was delicious. It had taken me a couple of years to finally frequent Phase One but it want be that long before I go back. My husband and I agree at least one too two times a week. I purchased a large and 3 of us ate from the salad. Portion sizes really would have allowed possibly 6 people to eat from it. Okay I've said enough, lol. Today is Tuesday and I will be back on that side of town Friday. So I guess Friday will be salad day!!!
Its empty except for the couple hair and nail shops and the two restaurants in there. I gave it 2 stars because the restaurants in there are great!
The mall is extremely clean but yet rather empty however the few shops that I saw in operation were busy. I frequent 'Phase One' a place that sells salads and needless to say, I will be going back. My daughter Snapchat the salad but I didn't take any photos
This mall used to be great. I hadn't gone in years. It was so sad to walk in there. There we're very few stores in business and only about 5 people walking around in there. The carousel was absolutely beautiful though.
