Hard to see from the road, not welcoming upon entering. Had me come 15min early and if late my time was forfeited yet made me wait 30 minutes from my scheduled time and no apologies offered for wasting my time . The girls were very sweet, facial felt good and nails were quick, massage was ok but I requested deep tissue prior to coming and again with the therapist. Granted I used a Groupon to test the facility so I imagine I was not priority just a few extra dollars . Each service is done by a different "business" under the petals name I guess you can say, I tipped at the end and had them split, the desk lady ( who also did my facial ) did not seem as if she could care less if I was happy or if I ever came back so ultimately she was my lasting impression and hopefully she was not the owner since she was so disconnected and doing a disservice to her fellow co workers. I heard the same lady tell a man his wife paid with a Groupon and asked if he tipped the therapist, if you do not value people using a Groupon then don't offer them ! It's a way to build your business and unfortunately the opportunity was not taken advantage of by this spa.

The people were very nice and polite. But they priced everything ala cart. My friend said the rooms were dark and they had dark sheets on the table. You couldn't tell if they were clean or not. Not a very good massage
