The train ride was good. I have mobiity issues so I had my meas in my sleeper. The service was ok but the meals were dried out both ways. Dry salmon and dry pot roast. I did not feel the need to send them back since they were included in my fare. I still tipped the conductor for service. I know to be more specific on my next trip. This station is definitely not persons with disabilities friendly and the staff isnt either.

Love riding train to New Orleans so much fun low prices and excellent service! The employees at the Memphis station are always very friendly and helpful know them all by name now. Highly recommend Amtrak Memphis for any of your traveling needs :-)
The trip to New Orleans was great, but on the way back we got stuck on the track in the middle of nowhere with no ideas as To when we would get back moving, with only an hour and a half out of Memphis. It’s been 2hrs and we are still waiting to move off the track.
Love the trip so much fun. MY husband and I really connected and had fun together. This was our vacation trip. WE never rode a train before. Will do it again.
