Super friendly and helpful staff (Nancy in particular!). Replaced all of the super tired furniture in September, way more outlets and comfy seating now.
This is my home club. I love it. They recently upgraded all the furniture and it is MUCH nicer. I always try to stop in when I fly to and from Memphis. Cindy is great. She takes care of me any time I want to get an earlier flight or reroute any changes for last minute meetings that come up.
I was flying out of Memphis with Delta a few weeks ago and decided to stop by this lounge for the first time. It is a very comfortable lounge, with friendly, helpful staff and a good amount of standard lounge items (juice, coffee, fruit, hot/cold cereal, etc.).
Club very clean and offering lots of seating and workstation. Staff is outstanding!
