Great place but its the hard rock after all. Staff is great. Worth a visit but don't forget all the local places.
We didn't stop by here for the food and it was late. We stopped by because we collect shot glasses and wanted to see the location. The location had a lot of great decor and one of the staff members happened to be from the area we traveled from and took us on a small tour of the building and the downstairs area. It was very cool and the staff member was very knowledgeable of the history of the building and additional things to see in the area.
Three kitchen was having serious issues with good quality. My wife's burger came out seriously rare. My mother in law had the pulled pork sandwich and the meat looked terrible. The only thing that was actually tasty were the fries. Hard Rocks are never the best places for food, but their usually consistent. Not tonight. Two stars out of 5.
I went to a private Christmas party here. The venue was nice. The available drinks were good. However, the food was cold. They had a pasta bar that offered all types of sides along with meat that went into a skillet to be heated. Shortly after getting the food plates and to put seat, we noticed the veggies were still raw, and the sauce and meat were cold. It was clear that the food was not heated long enough. The service it self was great. The servers were attentive. We were just let down by the sub par food. This experience could be a one off type of deal; still go check the place out for yourself.
The food was good but the service from one of their older employees could've been better. We were told to go upstairs and find a seat and were stopped by this man and told we weren't allowed up there after being told tp find a table. They did however give us a discount for his rudeness.
