It was my first time eating there. Great service. Great food.
Great employees, good service, good foods and a salad bar, fun location, beautiful interior, easy access from Interstate 40 and 240.
I love Ruby Tuesdays. I work at Ruby Tuesday's in high school. I am a loyal customer of Ruby Tuesdays. But today... my beloved Ruby Tuesdays has taken me to a whole new level!! After HOLDING on the phone for OVER 20 minutes to PLACE a call in order, the only thing the manager could do was offer me a poor excuse (I didn't know you waited so long on hold but we were busy). Looking around the restaurant, I reassured him that they were not that busy that ANY customer should have to wait over 20 minutes to place an order and that it was totally unacceptable. The bartender offered me a complimentary dessert that he was willing to pay for.... The manager offered me a piss poor excuse. Needless to say I tipped the bartender VERY nicely and I'm still very pissed with the piss poor management and customer service. Having to seriously rethink Ruby Tuesday....
The absolute worst meal ever in Memphis. The steak looked like a piece of fried horse meat. The salad appeared to come from someone front yard. Who dices cucumbers? Cucumbers are sliced. The salad was 80% diced cucumbers. It took 20 minutes to order our tea and had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for napkins. The host was busy watching a game on TV. My wife's ribs were so over peppered that they were non-edible. Brought them home, washed them off and gave them to the dogs who promptly puked. They have kept road kill down. When I told the host the food was bad and the service was sad he replied oh well. I told them I would contact corporate and they refused to give me my receipt. Joke is on them. I photographed the one at the table. The steak was like eating a dog chew toy that had been soaked in Greek seasoning. Never tasted the meat. Should have realized something was wrong when there was only 5 tables occupied on a Saturday night. There was a 45 minute wait at Long Horn steak house and a 1 hour wait at Olive Garden. Should have gone to Grand Pacific Buffet. At least the food doesn't stand up and whinny like my friend Flicka. It may bark and meow but you can chew it. Left most of the food we didn't eat out in the front yard hoping it will work as an organic rat poison.
Last visit about a month ago. Salad bar was great. Restaurant is kind of run down, and needs some remodeling. Most elderly customers.
