Food was not that great. The Gumbo tasted overcooked. Service was great though.

The atmosphere was great, food and drinks where awesome as well the server was nice but a little long on coming back to check on table.
Always ask people where they want to sit instead of assuming you think you know. I have been there several times for the view .Employees need to smile more to help the ambiance. FEMALE bartender is great for Tugs.Hostesses need to be more warm about meeting people and not just a job.Smile ,because this makes a big difference, not just getting a big tip.
On our way home during our road trip and found this place open on Thanksgiving. We got their turkey thanksgiving special. Excellent food! Turkey was delicious, green bean casserole was nicely seasoned, candied yams and stuffing were perfect. Kids loved the meal and kid’s shells & cheese. Pumpkin & Pecan pie! It was perfect for being away from home on the road.

Disappointed on this last visit to Tug's. Order took forever to come, and then came incomplete (side of ham missing). Ten minutes later the waiter comes by with bacon and says, "here's some bacon while you wait for your ham.." After finishing everything except the bacon I didn't order, still no ham. About 10 mins after I finish eating someone shows up with ham (I'd be looking for the waiter to not worry about the ham since we were done eating.) and I ask for my check. I'm STILL waiting for my check
