This was our first (but not last!!) visit! We had the paleo scramble, angry potatoes, churro waffle and the French toast, plus the fresh orange juice. All were delicious!! The customer service was top notch and the decor was a lot of fun for the kids to read. We're not from this area, but we'll be back for sure!
This was the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. We used the "Nowait" app so that by the time we arrived at the restaurant we would have a seat ready, which worked out well. We were seated within five minutes of arriving. However, the rest of the visit was horrible. We were seated at 11:05 and watched as four different tables who arrived after us got their food. We didn't get our food until after 12:00, an hour of waiting. The food was not up to par either. The pancakes were hard, the eggs were cold, and the sausage was overly salted. The waiter did not try to explain what was happening in the kitchen until our food came out which she blamed on the kitchen staff. On the bright side their city grits are delicious.
I went to another broken egg on park in Memphis Tennessee for the first time and it was BEAUTIFUL. The food WOW the service MAGNIFICENT our server Marshall was the BEST. This is my breakfast spot. Bye bye fast food breakfast stop. Hello Another broken egg. Everyone needs another broken egg.
Wonderful atmosphere to dine. The menu provides a large variety of great tasting food to choose from. And the service is everything one would hope for. The only area that could possibly be better is to offer a much stronger brew of coffee for serious coffee drinkers like myself...lol... otherwise a five STAR! OH, ask for Raven!
I have been to a tremendous amount of breakfast specialty restaurants across the United States and this is a keeper. Excellent food, great atmosphere and overall great and friendly staff. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is keen on getting a good southern breakfast, or someone who is just looking for good food in general!
