One of my favorite stores but this was my first time at Wolfchase mall and the directions to get to the store from the directory was not clear at all. Took almost an hour to find the store.
Called to ask about an item being in stock and was placed on hold until the line hung up! The employees are rude and don't help customers! I won't be back!
My daughter loves this place. Lots of great things
This store is not what it used to be. No wonder woman merch anywhere, can't find but one or two shirts for batman, and no my little pony merch for us bronies two months out from the theatrical movie release. Hot topic even sells exclusive mlp merch. Where did the whole rack go? Half the stuff in there is not even a hot topic of the summer! And dresses that just released last week were already put on the clearance rack? Confusing operations here. I'm just going to shop online.
Very small and comfortable atmosphere. Employees openly curse which i see as unprofessional in any store. Manager is not organized at all. Service was good.
