It's ok they don't have a big selection on shoes but the prices are very reasonable.
Not a bad place to shop for all things Nike. There could be a bit more organization in the shoe section, but overall the selection of products are solid and staffed by capable employees known as athletes who can answer any question you might have. Nike is for anyone as the co-founder Bill Bowerman once attested "If you have a body, you are an athlete." The 4 star rating is based only on the need of a bit more organization in the shoe section.
The customer service was horrible. I called to inquire about certain shoes and I was put on hold and told they would check. When a woman picked up the phone she said that they don’t do inquiries over the phone and she didn’t know why I was told that. She also said they don’t stop helping customers in the store to check for things over the phone. Over the phone I am still a customer. I’m fact, I would be sure to purchase what I was looking for if I knew it was there. I live very far away and I explained this. Even after that, I still could get no help over the phone.
It's okay. . . the prices aren't the best but not horrible! The selection was good for clothing but the shoes lacked a little. The prices on the shoes could've been better!
The store is always clean and the selection of shoes my size is about average sizes14-15.The discounts the store offers is nice, over 40% off the day of my sale.The checkout line has more than four people working the counters at a time.
