Needless to say Gid made should everything was pure prefection as we laid my grandmother J. Brooks to rest! When it became to hard to plan, Gid made sure he gave us his best. Our queen was laid as a queen should be in purple and gold. There were so many details that was added that we could not have dream of such as blacket,tries for the men of the family all with her face on them. It was beautiful! My name is Valencia Wilson. Today June 17th 2015 my family used this company to see to it that my Grandma was properly laid to rest. This company is a disaster and if I could give them less than one star I would. We were completely rushed at the grave site. The man leading the cars ran off and left us behind, half of my family didn't['t make it to the grave site because the guy the had leading us was an ass. He cursed at my family and didn't do his job properly. He got on the 240 and sped through town not considering anyone behind him. This is totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand that you all do this all the time but this is my family and loved ones this is not an everyday occurrence for us. Your company is lazy, rude, unprofessional, sloppy and full of ass holes. Please stay away from this place, no respect for the dearly departed or their families. AFTER THE MONEY IS PAID THEY SCREW YOU!
We used them to bury my step dad and I loved how they showed up in a shirt and tie and not a polo shirt. They had prayer with us and Mr. Holmes at the overton crossing location was so nice when doing our arrangements. The marching Mr. Holmes did at the service made drawed everyone attention and totally shocked us all. They didn't rush us at all and letting me close the casket was something that I will always remember for a lifetime. I recommend to any and everyone to use christian funeral directors overton crossing for the professionalism price and class you'll want from a funeral home
Well my grandmothers service was held at the one on newgetwell it was did timely and nicely but unprofessional.while viewing her we had to ask one of the workers to step out cause he was laughing and talking on his phone while we viewed her.the procession line was started without half of the family members leaving the man leading it cussed at a family member cause we were trying to wait for the others.there was traffic cutting in and out of our funeral line and we only had four cars following us which it was supposed to be 15.I was very displeased and let down
I went to the location off Watkins and overton crossing.and I must say Excellent service help me get my mother body back from E & J Edwards dressed her and she looked bbeautiful service was great every thing in order. Great prices and everything done exactly to my liking I most definitely will be using there services again. Even threw in bath and body works with the visitor book after the funeral
