I purchased a pro tall ranch from the Memphis, TN tuff shed location. The shed was prefabed in Little Rock. It was delivered and erected on site at my residence. The building was suppose to have 6" boxed eaves on all sides and it did not. I sent pictures too and contacted the sales man and he put me in contact with Nate the general manager at the Little Rock plant. We discussed the issue and reached an agreement but he never followed through with the settlement. Nate said give him a couple of weeks to get the check to me. It has been over 2 months and I haven't received any compensation nor has my building received the completed eaves. I would not recommend tuff shed.
Mr. Gates is the best at his job. He worked with me until I got the storage unit that fit my needs.
