The best thing I have invested myself in for a long time. Love the community. Never a dull moment with the workouts. I love the variety of WOD. Friendly and supportive community of great people. The staff are amazing.

If you are looking for a Crossfit experience like no other I would strongly suggest you check out Crossfit Mechanix. I started crossfit a little over a year ago. At first I was a little intimidated but everyone made me feel so welcome. We encourage each other and we all want to see everyone succeed. Matt and Stephen really know their stuff and they work with you when you need the extra coaching.

Matt and Stephen KNOW THEIR STUFF. Coming into this gym, I had a decent understanding of the olympic movements, I can say without doubt the coaches here have IMPROVED every bit of my fitness and weight lifting. Its a great gym, with great coaches, and great members.
