Beautiful scenery. Good dessert. Owner was understanding and sympathetic to one of the mistakes that was made, but I was already so highly disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

My guy friend and i came here and enjoyed a full spa treatment. Very calming, relaxing and pleasant experience. Massage chairs were heaven(we're thinking of purchasing one lol), massage staff attentive, music to the taste and tasty dessert and wine at completion..overall warm atmosphere.took comfort to a whole other level.
All I can say is WOW. I surprised my wife with a trip to Black Tie for a part of my anniversary present to her. Although we only used the massage chairs, and the facial massage masks, she loved it. The young lady that waited on us was very personable and attentive. Because I extended our stay, we enjoyed two excellent desserts along with a glass of wine and hot tea. We have told others about our experience, and looking forward to going back to try other services. We got a tour of their location and everything is very relaxing and inviting.
