In my initial appointment I got more help here than in 3 years with my previous primary care provider. I highly recommend the doctor who is helping me.
The facility is new and nice but the service is awful. Wait time is ridiculous 2hr wait for 9am appointment. Not enough doctors for the overbook patients. I hate coming here for care.
Front desk and referred department is very rude, all the staff seem poorly trained and rude, do not make you feel welcomed as a customer. Very unprofessional.. And the front desk receptionist doesn't even greet you just looks at you like "what do you want".. Definitely better treatment somewhere else and I'm not a picky person.. I am an African American like the majority of the employees there
Horrible service they never answer the phone went up there I was waiting 3hours while they doing nothing but on their phones
Worst place ever. Staff is rude and you are not allowed to have anyone back with you EVER. They suck and take their sweet time. Almost two hours for just x-rays.
