This place is a lot of fun. They have a wide variety of exhibits to explore. Give yourself at least an hour and half if not 2 hours to get thru all of the exhibits. So much of the displays are something I've never seen before, very informative and educational. After the exhibits we went to the planetarium to watch "We are Aliens". Wow it was so cool, you can get a little dizzy, but it was very awesome to watch and the man running the video was very knowledgeable and funny. He even took extra time to show us some constellations of the current nights sky. The whole experience was very fun and would go back!
Awesome! Tickets are worth the price. This museum is one of the best places to visit in Memphis, besides Graceland. The museum is decent sized and has many interesting exhibits. You can learn lots of science and history from this museum. The Piggly Wiggly inside the museum is the best part. Highly recommend you go here it you are visiting Memphis.
Loved the whole experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Enchanted Forest is amazing!!!
Most natural history specimens have little information accompanying them, and many exhibits were closed for renovation.
Nice place to visit as family, as of right now theres a lot of renovations going on, its expected to be all done in june
