Has "prehistoric earth mounds, historic markers, scenic Mississippi River views, one Outdoor basketball court"; has "history of Mississippian culture, B.C., 1600s A.D. Chickasaws - moved by 1818." Originally "established as Desoto Park ca. 1911 National Register."
Nice, quiet historical park and Metal Museum, along with Marine Military Hospital during Civil War. It's by Mississippi River
