Needless to say I won't be coming back here ever again, and I would suggest others try other stores. Probably petco in germantown.
Prepackaged food. Absolutely nothing in this place is made in the building. Selection is super small and prices are very high. Went looking for a birthday treat for my pup.. they handed me an 8 inch bone shaped cookie that was broken in places and looked as if it been sitting under their counter (where they dug it out) for months. "Bakery" has a disturbing definition here. Would recommend driving to Collierville to Three Dog Bakery. Human grade foods, made fresh daily. They also have prepackaged human grade treats.
9/18 This place was recommended by people on another site and had great google reviews which fuels my disappointment in the service my furbaby received. He was nicked on the inside of one of his hind legs and I was not informed. His haircut is not shaped, blended,and very uneven. I showed them a picture of a previous cut he had gotten and they didn't achieve anything remotely similar. I will say that when I called the gentleman offered to get him back in, but this is like a child of mine and I cannot take him back there. Also, to fix this would probably mean cutting him lower and I don't want him looking any worse. I hope others after me have a better experience and please inspect your furbaby!
9/19 Update: Changed my rating to 4 stars BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT THE GROOMING! They called me again to check on my pup and offer services. The lady was very nice and appreciated my feedback and I appreciated her honesty about the groomer. It was someone new and I was not the only complaint. You can't ask for better follow up! I may give them another whirl in the future! FYI my furbaby is doing fine the cut is healing and no signs of infection. I feel they mean well. We just got someone who needs more training.
I get the feeling people that work here just don't want to clean up the shop. If that's the case maybe they should find employment elsewhere.
Last time I went in I had my spouse with me we had both of our dogs and we were told we had to do one dog at a time. It made no sense and we took our business elsewhere.
On top of all of this I really can't think of a time there where the employees were even Nice. They also have tried making the self wash a different price each time I was in there.
First experience here at a self wash for my dog was ok. Second time I went back a lady made us wait "5" minutes which ended up being more like 30 minutes so they could clean the wash station first. Still ended up being dirty.

I was looking for a groomer for my toy yorkie and my shepherd mix. My vet always seemed to have added fees and my shepherd mix didn't look brushed or smell real clean. I have to say that Woof Gang did a superb job on my dogs. They seemed less stress than going to a vet for grooming. Their prices were comparable. My shepherd looked like he was brushed and didn't have hair flying everywhere in my car. My yorkie's cut was awesome. Both actually smelled great and not like chemical shampoo. We will be back!!!
I have been bringing my dog here for 5 years. He is well taken care of by Ms. Naomi. The partners and workers talk well to the dogs and give them hugs when they are overwhelmed. They also lit bandanas on my dog after his haircut
