Extremely helpful and it's very obvious when speaking with both Jerry chism and Theresa Watkins that they are very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to help their clients in any way they can. They're very prompt with returning phone calls and always customer service driven! Would definitely use them again!

I stumbled upon the option of being able to write a review today; and although I'm not mean or a person that likes to say bad things about anyone; I knew that I had to say my peace about this small company. My experience has been terrible so far with them. We are a military family that has moved every 2-4 years for the last 15 years. We have dealt with renting homes needless to say. My gripe is their poor customer service. My phone calls, emails and requests in regards to important matters to us are more than half the time never returned. NO courtesy phone call or emails to let us know that they received our inquiry. I have to constantly keep calling them for a status. That should never be in any business in my book. I hope someone else has better luck, but if I was asked for a recommendation, based from experience, it would not be my first choice.
