The sprayer went out to the kitchen sink, the repairman came to repair it. He advised calling them to repair the damage to the wooden floor due to water. They would later deny the repair as well as the repairman. Mind you that there's a new sprayer. But I'm left to repair the floor or it will go on my credit. Don't trust them. Get documentation for everything.

Awesome landlords! I live in a house built in 1920 so there are a few more maintenance issues than most people would have but they always get us taken care of. Ginger and Aaron have responded to any maintenance concern very quickly and are actually nice about it which is rare when it comes to rental house landlords. Their maintenance guy David is really cool too which makes it a little easier. As someone who has worked in the apartment rental business, I can definitely tell that they go out of their way to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Melinda Bateman. Remember that name. I viewed a house and asked if she had shown it to anyone else. She told me that although 4 people viewed the house, not one filled out an application or put down a deposit. I filled out the application that same day and returned it at 5pm. The next day she called to ask for the application fee. I asked if it was ok to bring it the next day and she agreed. The next day I brought both the application and a deposit. She then informed me that magically someone turned in an application with the application fee. I was confused because we spoke the day before and nowhere in the policy or on the site does it day that you can be bumped after filling out the application. She told me the application process takes 3 days but she immediately removed that house from the market. Interesting. I applied for a second house and after getting the runaround for 7 days and hearing that my application "looked good" I was turned down for the second house. I asked her why she held my application for so long since she knew I didn't qualify. She replied that she had to process it. I asked for my deposit and paperwork back and found out that she never processed my application. The cashier's check was never cashed. Dealing with Melinda Bateman was a horrible experience. I lost 7 day's worth of house hunting dealing with this liar. She misrepresented everything their site represents and I'll be sure to let everyone know.
