I understand that there is only so much one person can do, but good customer service takes just a little effort. I now feel like my issues are unwelcome, and that makes me feel more unsafe than a few break ins. Knowing I am living in a community where the management does not seem to be concerned is my worst fear coming true.

Experience has been terrible so far. I moved in in February and I am anticipating my lease end date. Leasing agent (Nikkie) started out as very nice & accommodating, which all changed after the maintenance walk through was done. Examples: I only have 1 window downstairs with the ability to open, and the blinds don't open to that window. Instead of fixing it, I was told "we wouldn't be able to fix this without replacing it." So what??? Its broken, it needs to be fixed. It has been a month, and no one has been by to address the rest of the issues pointed out on the list, and after having the sink flood the kitchen for a second time AFTER it was reported, I reached out in distress to the leasing professional and was offered very little to no help. She became combative and more focused on making sure I knew that "She passed the message on to a maintenance person, and it was up to them to contact me." Her message back to me only made matters worse, so instead of replying with a rude response, my roommate and I called the next day (during business hours) and did not get an answer, so I left a message. To date, I still have not received a call back. Maintenance came by to address the kitchen sink ONLY, but nothing else on our list. Both of our cars have been broken into, and I was told by my next door neighbor that break ins are frequent in this community. The pool is always overcrowded with non-residents, and the police are constantly called out.
