I've signed my 2nd year, this is home, I love it here. The office is great, Maintenance employees are wonderful. I have no plans of leaving. I Recommend this place to everyone I love.
All of these positive reviews are people who may be cool with some of the office staff. Guaranteed. Those people are beyond unprofessional and ghetto. The only saving grace was the last leasing manager, Shay. Since her exit, the customer service has gone down and gone down fast, Kathleen is nothing but a racist hag! She is the rudest, most unprofessional manager that I have ever come in contact with. I could never get an honest response from her. Even more rude than her is her house slave, Hezekiah Brimley. Full of attitude for the barely minimum wage he's being paid I'm sure. Not only rude to me, but also rude to other residents and potential residents. He's never in the office on the weekends when he is supposed to be. If you check previous reviews, you'll see that he actually gave a false review, Of course he spoke nothing but good things, but all are LIES!! I could never get maintenance to fix my toilet, there was a hole in the wall when I moved in that was never fixed and a leak that they never even put a ticket in for to top it all off. The staff is ghetto, the property has gone down, most of the WEED SMOKE COMES FROM THE STAFF'S APARTMENT and I was so happy when my lease was up a couple of month's back. NEVER MOVE HERE!! Calling corporate is a dead end. They deleted this post, but I'll keep reposting until something is done.
When I first moved there in 2012 it was fabulous the staff was friendly the atmosphere was awesome. You felt like you could sleep with your door open. Every year it seemed to get worse......the staff changed and became unprofessional. I was called and accused of having a pet and was told I would be charged for it! Added cost in middle of lease like for spraying even if they didnt spray. You saw a difference in the tenants loud music, noise from neighbors big dogs, police being called for fighting. It just bacame a horrible place to reside and I could not wait for my child to graduate. When I moved I was sent to collections for 1 room of carpet. I offered to pay for cleaning as I did with other unit in complex that I resided. I was told they would have to replace entire apt of carpet and I was responsible. So just be careful if you are considering and really do your research. Drive around at different times of day and really get a feel.
I absolutely love my apartment home. The office staff is ALWAYS professional. Stop in and see Hezekiah, he's always pleasant to talk to, very informative about the property.
Believe what you read. I lived her once. The manager has a very bad attitude. He had a woman's temperament. He kept my deposit because I was able to buy my way out of my lease and he wanted more money from me. I think it was like 100 bucks. I relocated so I didn't make a big deal about it. My unit was cool. It was an upgraded one but I'd never live in another community where the staff was so shifty. It's hard to find good apartments in the Memphis area but I'd still look elsewhere.
