On July 17th of 2015, Me and my family were moving from Houston once we got here my aunt Alfreda Gatewood referred us to Move It Self Storage,we were pressed for time as we had to return our rental trunk within a couple of hours,The staff at the Getwell location got us in and out very quickly not only were we satisfied with the promptness of time but our storage was huge for the price. I was able to keep EVERYTHING!!!... I truly recommend the use of Move it Self storage on Getwell to all my friends and family and to all who want to maximize space and save on their storage needs. We will be moving other items from an existing storage to Move it storage as we were also pleased with the fact the storage is on the inside.Thanks Move it Self Storage......Garcia Jones and Crystal Simpson you have truly took away the pain of parting with valuable things we love.Thank you James Broom you did an awesome job.
I had a vehicle that had some minor damage that I needed to store. I called ahead of time to make sure that it would be okay to store a damaged car at this location and the person I spoke to said it would be no problem. I hired a tow to bring it to this storage facility and upon making the transaction, the associate told me that I would not be able to store the vehicle because of the damage. I told him that I had called and spoke to someone ahead of time that said I would be able to. Ultimately, they did not allow me to store the vehicle at their site and I had to tow it to another storage facility further costing me more money. I will say that there is another storage facility about three miles further south down Getwell called Simply Self Storage that was much more friendly and much more helpful. I would recommend anyone needing a storage service to drive the three extra miles to use another business.
During my time in college I moved my things here during ththe summer months since I was not from Memphis. I've had nothing but a great experience every time I rent with them.
