The Manger is definitely an asset to the company. All information was clear and accurate. No other storage company compares especially after allowing you to rent a free moving truck for the day. Highly recommended.
I have been at this facility for over 10 years, and could not be more pleased than I am with the current Securlock management. Manager Jedediah Chaney has gone above and beyond to create a whole new atmosphere, in my opinion, in all areas pertaining to a storage facility, particularly communication. Everything from cleanliness, pest control, repairs and personal requests have been accomplished with superior effort and dispatch. Requests to prior management did not receive the proper attention most of the time. Everything about the facility is now very "first class", and professional. I would highly recommend Securlock @ Cordova to anyone in this area, looking for a 'top of the line' facility.
Didn't end up using this company after not needing to rent a storage locker but the manager was extremely informative and helpful. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future when I need storage.
